Harare - Calling Mugabe a "living spirit", Mujuru told Germany's Deutsche Welle (DW) international broadcaster that any other grandfather of 92 "would not even be looking after goats".

"In my culture you don't raise a finger to a man or a woman who is your mother or your grandfather's age," she said in an interview.
Mujuru was appointed by Mugabe as Zimbabwe's first ever female vice president in 2004. She was sacked at the end of 2014 on charges of plotting to overthrow the president.
The widow of former army commander Solomon Mujuru launched her People First party on Tuesday to scorn (which might show anxiety) from Mugabe's closest allies.
Top ally Jonathan Moyo, who is Zimbabwe's minister of higher education tweeted on Sunday: "Without the late General Mujuru's name & without Pres Mugabe, Joice is politically nothing. She knows this as we do!"
Mugabe's 92nd birthday party was a week ago. He may soon become a grandfather if reports that his only daughter Bona is heavily pregnant are true.
